Greetings All,
Here is a link to Zen's Approach to Conflict.  This is week 3 transcripts of a presentation by Diane Hamilton that we listened to this AM on Tricycle website.

Along with this I shared a passage from Venerable Khenpo Rinpoches from their book "Pointing Out the Nature of Mind",  Dzogchen Pith instructions by Aro Yeshe Jungne (pgs 133-134)

A little bio of Diane Musho Hamilton she began her study of Buddhism at Naropa University and a decade later became a Zen student of Genpo Roshi, who gave her dharma transmission in 2006. Alongside her practice of Buddhism, Hamilton acted as the first Director of the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Utah judiciary. She recently authored Everything is Workable: A Zen Approach to Conflict Resolution.
